 Sponsor Success: Women & Youth
At Primorial Foundation, we are committed to empowering micro and small enterprises led by women and youth. Through our Enterprise Support Programme, we provide professional services—bookkeeping, tax, and payroll—at a notional fee, ensuring that access to expert financial support is never out of reach.
As part of this initiative, we also offer a virtual office package, which includes hot-desking, Wi-Fi, and receptionist services, giving entrepreneurs a dedicated space to focus on strategy and growth—away from the daily demands of their operations.
What sets us apart is the hands-on coaching delivered by our skilled team and partners. Business owners receive personalised life and business mentorship, equipping them with the tools and confidence to build sustainable enterprises.

Empowering Graduates, Uplifting Small Businesses
In partnership with the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa (CGCSA), the Primorial Foundation runs a 12-month Graduate Internship Programme, providing valuable work experience to 10 graduates each year from South African universities and TVET colleges.
Through this programme, interns gain real-world exposure in their field of study, receive job-specific training, and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting multiple small and micro enterprises across the country and continent.
Many of our programme alumni have gone on to secure full-time employment with Primorial, as well as with leading institutions such as South Africa’s Big Four banks, audit firms, government departments, and financial service providers.
